CityAdmin provides an easy to use calender tool that allows users to create and maintain on-line event calenders.

Site Administrators can quickly add color-coded events to the calender with details on the event including times, locations and other pertinient information.

This feature can be enhanced by adding an on-line event submission form so citizens and groups can submit events for inclusion on the calender. This enhancement can be carried one step further to allow for distributed access to the calender tool, allowing multiply users to add events to the calender.
