One of the goals of CityAdmin is to aid municipalities in encouraging community involvement via the community web site. Message Boards allow citizens to communicate with other citizens, and with the municipal staff.

Message Boards allow citizens to post messages or questions, and then allows citizens and/or municipal staff to answer those questions in an on-line forum.

As with all CityAdmin features, the message board is highly adaptable and can be set up to meet your specific needs. It can be set up to allow a free exchange of ideas, or it can be set up with some quality control so the site administrator has to approve submissions before they are posted.
